This cuvée is crafted from Sauvignon Blanc, the estate’s emblematic grape variety which flourishes ideally on the terroirs and hillsides of the left bank of the Cher.
The grapes harvested at optimal maturity make a wine with citrus and exotic fruit aromas. Softness, suppleness and elegance on the palate make it a true Touraine personality!
Tasting Note
Its luminous robe displays a lovely pale yellow. The expressive nose reveals an abundance of fruit dominated by citrus and exotic fruit aromas, with a subtle hint of blackcurrant bud. On the palate, suppleness and freshness predominate with beautiful length.
Food Pairing
It pairs perfectly as a starter with asparagus or seafood and will perfectly accompany all your fish dishes. It will also be delicious with goat cheese.
