Rosé
This dry and light rosé is mainly composed of Pineau d’Aunis.
Tasting Note
Very fruity and remarkably fresh, it shows all its typicity through its salmon-pink color which will be as pleasant as its slightly peppery and spicy character.
Food Pairing
Classic, with grilled meats and Touraine charcuterie. Bold, with sweet and sour dishes or Asian cuisine.
Serving temperature: 10 à 12°C
