La Chipie
Chipie comes from a selection of the best hillsides of the Cher Valley, this exceptional terroir is fully expressed through the expertise of the winemakers: prestige in the heart of the Loire Châteaux.
A nod to a mischievous and lively little girl, La Chipie is defined thus… Perfectly ripe grapes from the Sauvignon grape variety, 18 to 24 months of aging on its lees for a wine with smooth and complex aromas combining white flowers, citrus and ripe fruits.

A wine with a brilliant robe and a fine, complex nose of aromas combining white flowers, citrus and ripe fruits, finishing with beautiful roundness and length on the palate.
Food Pairing
Ideal with pan-seared scallops or foie gras.
