Symbol of a sunny summer, this is a Gamay that we chose to harvest at a more advanced maturity, when the grapes are golden, almost jammy.
Tasting Note
Red wine combining black fruit aromas and finely toasted notes; its silky tannins, between warmth and power, persist in a finish of remarkable balance.

Red meat (grilled type) but also with cheeses.
Serving temperature: 14 to 16°C
